Katie and her family were fantastic! She communicated well, sending updates and pictures of Otto, assuring me he was comfortable and happy! It was great to see Otto trotting around with some of the other dogs and getting the chance to play. I would definitely use Katie again for future needs and definitely recommend her services! Sparrow was received into a very happy household, bustling with happy children and dogs. He felt right at home. The family reported that he was a bit sad at first (not surprising, as we'd just taken a four day trip from home, and he was confused that after all that driving we just left him!). However, within half an hour he was fine. It was reassuring to know that he was in a safe and comfortable place. We will be sure to use Rover and Katie's services again.
