Hi! My name is Katie and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (I work 100% remotely) and a yoga teacher right in Old Town. I am also a dog mama to a boxer/lab mix named Cedar who is the sweetest, wiggliest, most loving boy in the world. Cedar keeps me active with walks throughout the day on the Mount Vernon Trail and lots of sniffing and swimming at Dyke Marsh - we live walking distance to both! He also loves daily playdates with his puppy friends. He loves having dogs stay with us to have a partner in crime on our walking adventures and to continue the wrestling fun at home and have a pal to take naps and laze on the couch with. On our walks, I will make sure we always "wait" at the roads before we cross and make sure it is a good workout! Your pup will have no shortage of fun, love, attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, and treats of course!

We've used Katie a couple times now and she's just great. Great at communication, flexible, and keeps your pup active and entertained. Her own dog, Cedar, does a great job at reading other dogs signals so he's easy to get along with, too! It's always helpful to find a great sitter and we're so happy we found Katie.

Katie was amazing with our pup when we went away for a few days. She cared for him as if he was her own; taking him to the park and for a swim. We can’t wait to work with her again soon!

I have a very friendly pup who adores other dogs. I live walking distance to mount vernon trail and dyke marsh so there is unlimited outdoor walking, sniffing, and fun to be had! I also have plenty of open grassy areas in my neighborhood for easy potty breaks and fetch (the area is not fenced in).

Multiple walks per day on the Mount Vernon trail and throughout the neighborhood, swimming and sniffing through Dyke Marsh (we live walking distance to both!), and fetch in our neighborhoods open yard.

Availability
My job is 100% remote and my schedule is flexible. I prioritize creating plenty of time for fun and outside time throughout the day. There will only be a handful of times throughout the week I will be out of the house but rarely for longer than 4 hours and when I have a pup guest, I ensure it is never longer than that.
