Pet care experience
*Currently working full time as a Vet Tech, so only able to care for pets that need once a day visits when I get off work in the evenings. 😊 I have 8 years of professional pet care experience. I worked as an Animal Care Technician for a shelter where I fed, cleaned, walked, medicated, played with, and loved all types of dogs and cats. I then worked as an Animal Welfare Coordinator (foster/rescue) where my focus was centered more on neonate kitten care, intensive care of sick or injured animals, and helping behavioral dogs. I am incredibly passionate about animals and have fostered countless kittens and dogs in my spare time as well. My partner now knows exactly what I have anytime I call and say, "Guess what I have?!" Katie was the most amazing care taker for our cat. Katie took the time to ensure our cat was cared for, cleaned the litter box, feed her, and even went above and beyond and did things to help us out while we were away. Katie is a definite must and we will definitely use her again!

Please let me know your animal's schedule (what time they typically eat, get potty breaks, walks, etc), so I can keep their schedule as close to normal as possible. Any medications, things they like/dislike, etc. would be great to know as well!
A typical day
I love making sure animals are both physically and mentally stimulated. I make sure to give them the proper exercise for their specific needs and games/puzzles are another great way to keep them happy. I can take your dog on a run, walk, or we can cuddle on the couch. Whatever makes them the happiest and most comfortable!
