Hi, I’m Katie! I am an ER nurse whose schedule provides me spans of days off during the week that i would LOVE to spend taking care of animals. I worked at Holiday Barn Pet Resort for many years and have watched countless pets of friends, neighbors, and coworkers. I’ve typically cared for dogs and cats of all sizes but have watched other caged animals as well (birds, sugar gliders, etc.). I have been around dogs and cats since I was a child and have raised my own. I have even had training sessions with aggressive/special needs dogs. My work as a nurse has given me a strong foundation in health care which has translated to addressing animals’ health issues, administering medication, and emphasizing pet safety. Since I know how hard it is to be apart from my own animals, I love taking and sending picture/videos to owners to keep them involved and give them peace of mind when they’re away from their babies. I live in Music Row in Nashville, TN. It is a great area to walk dogs, and meet other dogs who are out and about. If your pet is more into relaxing, I have plenty of space inside. I can handle all harnesses, muzzles, medications, thunder coats, or any special needs that your pet may have. I love ALL animals, no exceptions. -Katie
