I have almost 20 years of experience with dogs including dog rescues like BARC in Fairhope, AL. I have always had dogs from the time I was born. I've cared for and fostered dogs of all ages from newborn puppies to senior dogs. I do ask that you please have your dog up to date on his flea medicine because Mordecai is allergic to fleas. My dog also has pollen allergies, so I am used to giving oral medication. I look forward to our puppy (all dogs are puppies even if they’re 16 yr +) play date and would treat your pup just like my own. ❤️

Katie was awesome from beginning to end!! She not only came by for a meet and greet, but she came over one more time before scheduled to make sure she had Fritz's medication schedule understood and his special needs. She sent updates and photos often. I'm so thankful for her!!! I will definitely book her again. I had her sit for Fritz in my home due to him being deaf and partially blind. I had a feeling of trustworthiness immediately. I'm new to the area and took a chance. Glad I did with Katie! When I arrived back home after my trip, Fritz was calm and happy. Great job, Katie!!! Katie was so good to Peaches! She sent photos and kept me up to date. She is also very quick to respond. It was nice too that Katie has a pup! Peaches had a buddy to play with! I have already had to give her name to several friends! Katie is wonderful!
Katie is amazing.. She always does a great job!!
Katie, was great. She was very accommodating as my schedule changed the day before dropping my little girl Katniss off. Katniss came home both days tired and ready for bed. Katie sent pictures on both days of all the fun her dog and Katniss were having. On the last day Katniss ran straight up to her and then tried to dart in her house when dropping her off. Katniss tends to be more shy and this calm my fears of having her watched.

I have about 4 foot fenced in yard and one friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I live in a safe neighborhood and most days my pup stays inside during the day. My partner gets to come home for lunch so that breaks up the day for my pup.

A typical day
We do take the dog(s) for at least one walk in the afternoons. I live only a few blocks from Meyer Park so if your pup is up for a walk they will get to explore some new smells in the neighborhood.

We are early to raise and early to bed and are available for boarding anytime as we are homebodies most days. I do have a 7-3pm job.
