Katie was great with my pup while I was away. She was very responsive and accommodating with my pups diet while he wasn’t feeling great!

Very disappointing hiring Katie & entrusting her to care for our 3 kitties and this is sadly what played out on her 1st day. :( Her job was to go to our house for half an hour give the kitties treats, show them some love & attention & do our 2 litter boxes. We have an ADT alarm system & it detected she was only in our house for only 8 minutes!! :( And when I asked her later how long she was visiting with them she said about 30 minutes. I didn’t appreciate being lied to. We also have a nest camera in our kitchen for safety and through reviewing could clearly see in that short period of time she was on the phone & did not even go down in our basement to do the litter boxes!! The simplest of jobs and you couldn’t complete. Why?? So sad & disappointing!! And on top of that - I reset the security alarm system later thar evening and apparently she didn’t shut the door tight so it slipped open during night & alarm went off and police had to call us & go over to our house!! Very upsetting. Not a good scenario on a first day of work. Please be smart & never hire such an irresponsible young adult.
