I am an avid animal lover, and I want to meet your dog! With my usual hobbies still on hold, I am looking for a fun and delightful way to fill my extra time. Let me put it to good use taking care of your pup! I am very active, and have been around dogs my entire life. Until she passed in 2017, I owned a golden retriever named Holly for 12 years. Even in her old age, Holly still loved to run and play and was able to stay in very good shape! In addition to Holly, I also grew up around very active Labrador retrievers, who were used by members of my family to assist with hunting. I now own 2 friendly and goofy cats, Spooky and Boo, whom I adopted to keep me company when I lived alone. I had very little experience with cats at the time, but did not have the time nor the resources to properly care for a dog. While I’ll forever be a dog lover, this bonded pair of kittens has given me a new appreciation for the humor and fun of owning cats! I am comfortable around all pups, both big and small, and I love to explore my Chicago neighborhood on long walks. I am a healthcare worker at a large teaching hospital here in the city, and I received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at the beginning of 2021. I am available in the evenings and weekends, and would love to make your pet part of my new routine!
