Lifelong dog lover based on the Upper East Side. I spent 3+ years taking care of the handsome pit mix in my profile picture whenever his mom went out of town and nearly 5 years with the beautiful black lab (with anxiety and food allergies - she’s my best pal, see her often!). Other repeat friends include the pups in my photos: a 5-pound Yorkie, a 100lb golden retriever, a boxer mix, and the white fluff ball who's a total maniac but super loving. You can never have too many four-legged friends, but I travel for work a bit (which isn't conducive to having a pup full-time), so I've got a lot of love waiting to be shared. Big fan of long walks, playtime, scratches, and snuggles! I've loved dogs my entire life. I petitioned my parents to get a pup from the time I could talk (but was rejected by my mother's credo that "3 kids were enough pets for [her]"). Haven't been in a living situation recently where I could have a dog of my own, so I jump at the chance to share my lifetime love of canines. I was inactive on Rover for a while due to work, pandemic, and life in general, so my reviews are old, but I’ve been consistently dogsitting privately in that time. Just reactivated and would love to meet some new furry friends! Available for short- or long-term stays, drop-ins, and walks on days when I WFH, planned in advance or last-minute.
