Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have constantly been the go-to neighborhood pet-sitter. My love for animals is obvious and I am extremely caring and loving towards all dogs! I am willing to play with them for hours at a time and I’m very active, so I can go on as long walks as your dog needs. I am incredibly responsible and intelligent and will do whatever tasks are handed my way. I can provide my own treats if that would be ideal for you. I love dogs of ALL SIZES AND BREEDS! What sets me apart from other dog walkers and sitters is how much I will truly love your dogs. I will treat them like my own family and they will be my only priority. I would do this job for free growing up because that’s how much I love dogs! 😀❤️

Katie was amazing with our two dogs. Usually my dogs are too shy to go outside with strangers and Katie was able to get them to go on walks outside. She was so patient and loving with them and I would definitely recommend her for your pups!
I would absolutely recommend Katie G. to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind pet-carer. She watched my two dogs, Happy and Brady, for a whopping two weeks while I was abroad in Oxford, England. Naturally it was extremely difficult to be away from them for so long, but Katie made sure to send me daily pictures and videos to put my mind at ease. I will not be taking your pets to my apartment, but I will take them on the most fun walk of their lives! We will visit local parks, have treats, sniff other dogs (if your pet wants to, of course!) and overall have an amazing time.

Please let me know if your pet has any special instructions for how you typically take care of them. I want to make them feel as comfortable with me as possible, so if they bite, scratch, or jump often, let me know and I will gladly work with that.
A typical day
Go on walks, get as many sticks as we can, eat treats (when deserving of them), an occasional game of tug of war or fetch. I am super active so I am willing to keep up with any dog, however I also love to be chill and can totally relax slowly while on a walk with your animal. Whichever floats their boat!

Availability
I work from 9-5 Monday through Friday, so I am available for drop-ins/walks for your pet from anytime after 5:30 on weekdays until 10pm. On the weekends, my schedule is very flexible, so as long as you book one day in advance, I should be able to complete any weekend walk/check-in.
