My family and I had a last minute crisis which took us out of town. I reached out to a number of people and Katie was quick to respond. We had to work out some scheduling, but she was flexible, responsive, and quick to reply. We have an easy dog to care for, but she was great! I appreciated the open communication in a rather fluid situation. When there was an issue, she wasn't afraid to ask. I didn't have any worry about what kind of care our dog was receiving. The next time my family needs to go out of town, I'm definitely going to reach out again.

Katie has been wonderful when we needed her for our two dogs - including walks, feeding, and the occasional overnight stay in our or her home. One of our dogs has some aggression issues while the other was just a puppy and right off the bat I could tell that she was confident in her ability to handle both of their different needs. We have a dog camera and I was happy to see right off the bat that she double checks that the dogs collars are secure whenever they leave our home. She is prompt, kind, and I absolutely trust my dogs in her care.
