Pet care experience
I have almost 20 years experience in caring for dogs and cats, which includes working with numerous breeds and temperaments. I am active in dog rescue and transport, and currently help foster bully breeds for Lexington Pit Crew, out of Kentucky. I am also an approved adopter with several dog rescues across the country. I have a strong passion for caring for animals and their well being, and have experience with older animals and animals with special needs. Currently I have 2 dogs of my own and a very elderly cat; my pack is extremely dog friendly and they love to help rehab out foster pups. We have a new foster boy coming on 9/13/16 and we are very excited. One of my favorite things to do in a day is to walk my dogs, as I find it relaxing and good for the soul.

Katie has a caring heart and a loving personality that dogs sense. She has fostered dogs that were very timid and she has helped them to socialize and become integrated with other animals and children so they could be placed in a loving home. She has dogs of her own and they are very well cared for with lots of love and attention. She has cared for our dogs and we always know they are taken care of when in her care. She goes the extra mile to ensure safety and care of the animals she has in her home.
Katie has been an animal lover for years. She is a good pet person and loves her animals as much as she loves her family, because to her... they are her family too. She just doesn't have one dog at all times, she has 3! Her cat Emma, is 17 years old and still going strong... This is due to Katie's love and care. Katie is a foster dog mom, as well as any strays she finds along the road, she will keep them until they find a home. She also volunteers for rescues transporting animals from TN. As far as Ohio. Katie will love your dog as if it were her own!!!
Katie is awesome with pets of all kinds! She is kind, compassionate, caring and treats each animal like her own. She helped us with our special needs Great Dane who had severe anxiety and he did great in her care. I would highly recommend Katie to walk or pet sit any animal. In her care they will receive love, patience and tons of attention! We trust her 100% with our two dogs and three cats.
I have known Katie for over 19 years, and during this time she has always had a huge soft spot for animals... Especially stray ones! If it weren't for her, we never would have had the love of our cats, Max and Morgan. The past 4 years, Katie has been a foster dog Mom, she transports for rescues and has been approved to adopt through several rescues. Dogs bond to Katie as they feel her natural love and trust... You too, can trust her in the care of your previous animals.
