Pet care experience
Hello! My dog Gasher and I would love to welcome your pup into our home. My apartment is located at the start of a trailhead where Gasher and I walk every morning. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs. I do work during the week. I usually take Gasher with me (he stays in the car), and we go for periodic walks during the day around the building and on nearby trails. If your dog is fine in the car, I can take them too! If not, my schedule is flexible and I am able to work part of the day from home in order to give your dog the attention they need. Obviously if it's too hot or cold, Gasher stays home. Due to the size of my apartment I can only accommodate one additional dog. I also am generally unable to house sit, but if you are desperate let me know and I can try to work something out. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup and treating them as my own :)

Katie took such great care of my Archer! So many photo's to show how he was doing, and he was very happy. My dog is pretty shy, but Katie just had a way with him and he was in Good hands. Katie was wonderful and I strongly recommend her!
I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with Katie and she took very good care of Murphy. She kept me updated with pictures and I know my guy was well cared for. I would highly recommend Katie and will definitely use her services again.

Your dog must get along with other dogs, obviously. Do they have any special needs or quirks- separation anxiety, allergies, meds, etc? Are they high energy and need lots of stimulation? Do they get walked off leash? Do they love getting into porcupines? ;)
A typical day
Your dog will get a trail walk each morning (~20-30 min), and a longer walk each evening (~40 min-1 hr). If your dog is high energy and needs more, let me know! I can take them on runs and hikes as well. I am very active so there are lots of fun opportunities for your pup to get the exercise and stimulation they need.

Availability
Since I have a dog myself, your dog's care will work seamlessly into my daily routine with Gasher. You can expect multiple walks daily and frequent potty breaks.
