While KJ did take good care of my two cats, I am very disturbed and disappointed with how she took care of my two bunnies. I left thorough instructions and was always available by text, but I came home to find the bunnies living in a very dirty room. There was litter, hay, and poop everywhere, with hay dust on my bunnies as well, which could be dangerous to their respiratory system. I wish I could attach pictures of their living space because it was horrendous. I spent two hours cleaning the room up the night I got back from vacation. I don’t know how anyone would let any pet live like that for a whole week. There was minimal communication with late responses to any messages I sent. I didn’t want to be overbearing and looked past that, but now I regret looking past the red flags. I blindly trusted KJ because of the good reviews she had, but it was a horrible mistake.

I came home to two very relaxed and very happy boys!! Katie did a wonderful job taking care of my cats. She gave them a lot of care and attention and was good at keeping me updated. Would love to have her care for Simon & Garfunkel again ☺️
