My name is Katie and I am a life-long dog lover! I grew up caring for my loveable mutt and have had limitless love for dogs since. I no longer have a dog of my own, so I love walking and caring for other dogs as much as possible. I have experience volunteering for the Southeast Missouri Humane Society walking dogs. I also have experience working as a dog walker through another company with excellent reviews. I'm calm, patient, and loving with dogs, but still maintain control over high-energy pups. I have worked with dogs big and small, and care for each one accordingly. I've never met a dog I didn't love! If you want a fun experience for your dog, I'm the caregiver for you!

I had just moved to the KC area and Katie was my first dog-walker for Ava. It was a great first experience. Ava can sometimes be a handful, but Katie handled her with ease. She was great with Ava! By their second walk together, it was like true love. Katie was able to get Ava to behave and took her for a long jog to release her extra energy so she would sleep through the night. Katie is excellent.

Prior to sitting for a dog, I would like to know how much time I need to be in the home while sitting for the dog (between what hours of the day). I would also like to know where their food, leash, and other basic supplies are for caring for the dog(s). Any other additional information such as what the dogs like to do or any pertinent information I need in order to provide the dogs the most comfortable time with me.
A typical day
There is a dog-friendly park with a mile-long trail that I enjoy taking dogs to. It's a great place for them to get some exercise or just graze in the grass. For bigger or more high-energy dogs, I take them for a run around the trail.
