Pet care experience
I started working from home in 2020 and with the added flexibility in my schedule, I want to make sure that your pets are getting the exercise they need each day. I have always grown up with dogs and taking them on walks was always my favorite part of the day. I even used to go back to my parents house after I moved out just to take the dogs on walks! I am a very active person and love being outside as much as possible. Knowing that I can help make your dogs day even a little bit better puts a smile on my face! My family has had a variety of dog breeds through the years and my husband and I just adopted a puppy this summer, so I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes.

If your dog loves other dogs, this is a great match! I have a 50 pound mixed breed puppy, Layla, who is a social butterfly. She loves meeting new dog friends so they would be able to play during the day. I would take your dog outside for potty breaks and walks multiple times throughout the day too!

Please let me know if your dog will need to eat while here, if there is a specific schedule for potty breaks, and if any medication will need to be administered. I would also like to know if your dog has any reactive tendency towards anything (cars, bikes, people, other dogs, etc) so that I am fully prepared.
A typical day
There’s a large area behind our apartment complex that has a path and grassy areas. My puppy loves to walk the path and meet up with her dog friends. It isn’t fenced in, but we can always use a long leash and play fetch!
