Pet care experience
I have been a reliable and trustworthy pet-sitter for friends and family for years. I have yet to have the means to get a pet of my own, so I make myself available to care for and spend time with all the pets in my life. Some of my favorite experiences include giving exercise and playtime with pets..one of my favorite things to do is hike and go for walks! Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for pets within the home, and tidying up is something I enjoy. Providing companionship and affection for pets is just as important to me as I know it is for them too :). I have plenty of dog-fostering experience from the SPCA as well!

Katie does a great job caring for my two dogs and cat while I'm at work. She's incredibly reliable and adjusts her schedule happily when mine changes or I have a last minute need. She goes the extra mile to spend time with them and play rather than just going in and doing the bare minimum. Very trustworthy, 10/10.
I’m not one for writing reviews but I absolutely had to after my experience with Katie. It really is easy to leave your pet with someone who is as amazing as her. She was very communicative and send updates without even asking! My dog Hallie absolutely adored her and it gave me such a sense of peace when I was away that my dog was in good hands. Could not recommend more!!! Thank you Katie!
I was so nervous searching for a caretaker to watch our rambunctious pug puppy. Katie was recommended to me from a neighbor and I couldn’t be more appreciative for the load her help has taken off of me while I’m from a recent medical procedure. Being a dog owner isn’t always easy when life takes you by storm, but with Katie’s support I am ok taking this time to heal as I know Gordon is getting the very best care.

I make sure to provide them with all their basic needs such as food, water, and a clean living environment. I also make sure to give them plenty of exercise, playtime, and companionship. I am willing to follow the specific instructions and routine provided by the pet owner, such as feeding schedule, medications, and any special needs the pet might have. I keep a journal of the pet's daily activities, such as feeding, exercise, and medication schedules, and general well-being of their pets. In my own home, I have space for a crate, pet beds, a feeding/bathroom area. I live in a big pet-friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and plenty of miles to walk.

Feeding schedule: The dog's usual feeding schedule and what type of food the dog is accustomed to eating. Exercise needs: The dog's usual exercise routine and how much exercise the dog needs per day. Training: Any specific commands or tricks the dog knows and any training the dog is currently working on. Behavioral limitations: Any specific behaviors that the dog is not allowed to do, such as jumping on people or chewing on certain items. Any and all special needs or fun facts about the dog that can bring us closer and allow me to provide the best care for him/her :).
A typical day
I have a whole list of special places for walks in my surrounding areas! I am a huge lover of the outdoors and spending time outside so bringing the dogs I watch to these parks and trails are apart of my typical days. I think it is important to spend time out with nature and move our bodies - for all animals and species of life.

I'm available every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesdays! These are my days off. I can come to you but also welcome to the idea of bringing animals into my own home as well. Wed-Sat are my days at work but I'm available after 6 pm.
