Katie absolutely LOVES dogs. She has taken care of my two dogs (Aussie Shepherd and Golden Retriever) many times over the last five years. She is very responsible, and I have no issues leaving them in her care, even with the Golden's complicated medication instructions (he's an old man at 12 years old). She was calm and in control when the Golden had his first seizure, and immediately located where he needed to be taken for specialty care. She is regularly asked to care for the dogs of friends and neighbors whether they are out of town for a day or several weeks. She is conversant with all dogs of any size, shape or age -- she loves them all.
