Pet care experience
I have been taking care of children and animals since I was 12 years old. I worked in a well-known pet store for 8 years before becoming a teacher. I have had all different kinds of pets including ferrets, hamsters, fish, turtles, dogs, and cats. Between my family and my spouse's family, we currently have 6 dogs & 1 cat. I can administer oral & topical medications if necessary. I also have some experience with injections.

Katie was absolutely fantastic! She watched my kitty cat while I was gone and was always very responsive to texts and did everything I requested. She sent cute photos of my cat every day and left detailed updates of each visit. She is very kind and caring and got along well with my Bo. Katie is an amazing trusting and loving person who is very knowledgeable about animals. She cared for our new puppy a few days a week to take him out to potty and to play with him, then began walking him daily while we were working. She even worked with him a little bit each visit with training. We could not have done it without Katie! As new dog parents she gave us some great tips and always went the extra mile to be attentive and caring. She always communicated with us and sent great pictures and notes. Our dog loved Katie like she was apart of the family!
