Privately insured! We currently have two dogs. A 3 year old Weimaraner, a 6 year old energetic doberman. We like to go on walks around the neighborhood and play ball in our fenced in back yard. Our dogs are treated and spoiled just like our daughter. They are truly a part of our family, and we love having dogs, the more the better. I work part time and I’m a mom to a 6 year old who goes to full day school, so my availability is pretty open. Growing up my parents always had animals, from cats and dogs, to hamsters, goats and horses. I now live in a neighborhood, with my husband and daughter, that is perfect for long walks as our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have a large fenced in backyard and we are within walking distance of Clepper Park. If your dog is a flight risk and gets out while in our care, and does not have a good recall, we will not be able to watch your dog any more after that.

As always, Katie is great with my 95 lb German Shepherd! She is reliable and prompt. Being a German Shepherd, Simi can be stubborn and sassy. Katie is great with her GSD personality. I use Katie weekly and will continue.

We have a fenced in yard, and also have three large crates, in separate areas of the house. If needed dogs can be separated. Dogs are always separated when food is involved! We let the dogs have free roam of the house and yard, they’re allowed to come and go outside as much or as little as they need/want! They can sleep wherever you want them to or where they’re comfortable, if you don’t have a preference. If we’re in your home, we do exactly as you tell me, whether it’s leashed walking in your yard or neighborhood, or free roaming in your yard!

Do they get along with kids, and other dogs? Are they allowed on the furniture? Where do they sleep at night? Are they crated when you're away? Can they have treats? Do they do well on walks and passing other dogs and people? Is there a certain route they need like to take? Do they get crated when left alone? Are they a “flight risk” or do they jump the fence? (If they are that’s fine! But if they get out while in our care and do not have a good recall we will not be able to watch them again) Any medicine that needs to be administered?
A typical day
We can walk around your neighborhood or ours, or a park if close by. At our house, We typically do walks in the morning, if they need it, and play ball in the afternoon/evening depending on the temperature. We spend a lot of time in the backyard!

Availability
I’m currently only working part-time, so I’m available most days and weekends. I do have a 6 year old so most days she will have to tag along to visits, if there’s no school. I do work most nights from 6pm-10pm but my husband works from home (830-515) and is home while I work, so unless we step out to the store or something quick, someone is always home to care for your baby!
