I have had at least one pet my entire life. Growing up I cared for our family’s yellow lab (walks, meds, etc.), I have experience with small rodents (rats, hamsters, mice), aquatics (turtles, fish), and crustaceans (hermit crabs). I am a senior pre-veterinary student and work at a veterinary office where it is my job to care for other people’s animals. I also assist with proceedures and learn a lot about things to look out for and common problems pets can face. I am happy to medicate your pets if they need it while in my care (daily meds, post surgery, allergies, etc.). I currently have two rescue pups, Havana and Bella. They both love other pups and animals, but can be kept separate if needed. I live in an apartment complex with a fenced dog play area, and make frequent trips to Red Mountain and Oak Mountain to hike.
