Pet care experience
I have been trained by Guiding Eyes for the Blind to sit for dogs. I have years of pet sitting experience for friends, and through other online services. I grew up next to a golden retriever breeder and would sit their new pups when the family become overwhelmed. I always start and end the day with a long walk (appx 2 miles) at a park down the street and my boyfriend and I take turns walking the dog throughout the day I try to keep the dogs active, whether it’s playing with toys, petting or grooming them and walking them every 2-3 hours. I’ll train them in the home and outside while also showing them polite social skills.

I think we all feel a bit nervous leaving our pets with someone new, but Katie was fantastic every step of the way! We needed someone to watch our pup, Sammie, while we took a couple days to go off and get married! Katie was kind enough to meet us before the stay to make sure that it would be a good fit on both parts. It was pretty clear by the pics we got from her and her boyfriend, Ben, that Sammie had made himself MORE than comfortable. We have absolutely no doubt that Sammie was in good hands, and we truly appreciate them for taking the time to care for our dog. THANK YOU!!!
Awesome sitter. They took care of my baby as if he were their own dog. The communication was great. I was care free on my vacation because I knew he was in good hands.

We typically do not allow dogs to come up in our bed to sleep with us, however with the owners permission we will allow the dogs allow on the furniture.

Availability
My boyfriend works from home and my work schedule is flexible so we take turns walking dogs every couple hours or to follow the dogs schedule. We always begin the day and end the day with an extra long walk. We live near a grassy neighborhood and sometimes take the dogs to parks with owners permission.
