I am a proud dog mom of a 2.5 year old lab mix and a 6 month old pit mix. We spent 18 weeks in training with our 2.5 year old and have encountered a few medical situations, since she loves to eat anything and everything. We are active hikers and loyal dog park visitors. My fiancé has had dogs all his life and our home is doggie proof! We recently adopted our second Fur Baby, Georgie, a mischievous little pitsky. I am a local teacher, so I am free every day and night during the summer and spring of 2020 for hikes, walks, and anything else your dog may need! *After August 10th I will likely be back at work full time. I may not be a good fit for dogs who need supervision during the day.* Our fenced yard provides a deck on which your dog can sun themselves, shade to nap in, and doggie doors to access. It is filled with sticks and toys collected by Brier and George. I would take them everywhere with me if I could! We love to camp, hike, ski, boat, and adventure. Brier, the alpha, is sweet and friendly to other dogs without being obnoxious. She is at ease and calm around little dogs as well. George is playful and feisty. My fiancé, roommate, and I are all attentive and enthusiastic dog lovers! We enjoy laps around the Carbondale Nature [Dog] Park and hikes up to Mushroom Rock.
