Katie was everything we hoped for and more! She was not bothered by our two anxious dogs; she patiently and confidently won their trust. Katie was so kind entertaining all my texts and requests for pictures, as we were missing our fur babies so much. Her communication was always prompt and gave me such relief that our dogs were being more than well loved, with lots of cuddles and extra walks. Katie left our house as if she had never been in it, clearly having respected the home our property. She is a gem and we are so grateful for her excellent service.
Katie is the most wonderful pet sitter I have ever had. Katie is caring, attentive, responsible, and detail oriented. My pets love Katie and I have often returned home from a trip to find a nice bouquet of flowers, or other treats left behind by Katie.

My first clients were 10 year old mini chihuahuas who were fed a specially prepared diet... on the other end of the spectrum one of my most well-loved regular clients is an English Foxhound that prefers a run at least once a day! I've cared for many different kind of pets from senior cats to new puppies to dogs who need a little extra attention when on walks... I built my business through word of mouth from colleagues, friends, and neighbors in Chicago and Baltimore- and new-ish to Rover with my move to North Carolina.

I'd like to know your pet behaves around strangers and other animals, if they have any kind of separation anxiety, or if they have any kind of history of aggression. I grew up with German Shepards and love a friendly, obedient dog but understand that some dogs need a little more attention than others on walks around other people and dogs.
A typical day
We can go on walks around the neighborhood, run around a yard, or if all parties feel comfortable, we can go on a hike in a nearby park!!

I work part-time in Durham, so on those days your pets should be able to wait 6-8 hrs for a potty break! Otherwise, I'll be at your place for your pets primarily :)
