Pet care experience
Ohio State Animal Science graduate, worked at horse barns and volunteered at animal shelters. Worked at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium as a zookeeper, and currently work for a pet insurance company! (yep - I LOVE animals!) Trained puppies, advanced knowledge of pet healthcare, trained under licensed dog and horse massage therapist, experienced with larger breeds - have 2 German Shepherds of my own! Friends and family come to me with pet care questions all across the US to help figure out what is going on with their animals. I work remotely and I am flexible with my routine currently. Looking to gain insight into dog walking business as I have experience in dog daycare, kennels and hospitals. I LOVE to walk and run, I live a very active lifestyle. I also trained under my professor for therapeutic massages for dogs and horses, always good for a warm up before a walk for senior pups!

Katiann is wonderful with both our dog and cat. We can relax and enjoy our vacations knowing our furbabies are happy and well cared for. She is great at writing notes and sending us pics too.

We absolutely love Katiann and so do our pets! She is great at leaving us wonderful notes, pictures, and descriptions of each visit. We can leave home and enjoy our time away because we know our furbabies are being cared for and loved!
Katiann did a wonderful job taking care of my dog and cat. My dog is recovering from a sprained ankle and she did great keeping him calm so not re-injury himself. Great write-ups and photos.
