Wags & Whiskers at Our House! Let us care for your babies while you are away. Rest assured they will be safe, happy and cared for. We love dogs and love spoiling them! Travel knowing your fur baby will be happy while you are away. We have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for exercise. We have 3 cats that are pooch friendly. My husband works from home, so your babies will never be alone. About this sitter: My name is Kathy and I welcome your fur babies into our home. We will care for your babies as they were our very own. Relax while you travel and know your babies are in a loving home. Why I love dog sitting Grew up loving dogs! Have always had dogs! Will always have dogs & cats! I worked for Mars Petcare for 10 years where I had the opportunity to organize and lead pet events all over South Carolina. I worked with shelters & rescues throughout South Carolina helping with fundraising, spay/neuter/vaccination programs and adoption placement. Organized hearts & hammers events at local shelters in the Columbia Area. Meet our pets: Maggie the dog. Bella the cat. Louie & Charlie litter mates. About my yard We have a fenced in back yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. My back yard is approximately 2000 square feet. We have a ground level screened patio. I will keep your dogs inside of course. My dogs were all inside babies. I believe in keeping my babies inside. My experience administering medication Yes. We had a lab with seizures, had to provide him with meds daily.

This was our first Rover experience and we are completely satisfied. Kathy sent regular updates and pictures and will be using them again.
We are so thankful for Kathy watching our Bandit. We received several updates on Bandit during his stay. He is much calmer than when we pick him up from the kennel.
This was my pups second visit with Kathy and Mike. My dogs were so excited when we arrived at their home. They were jumping on the door trying to get in. They take such good care of them and my dogs love being in their home. I’m so glad I found them and don’t have to worry about my dogs when we go on vacation.

No breed preferences. I ask that your pets be cat friendly & free from food aggression. We will feed them on their set schedule. And they will have access to the back yard as needed.
A typical day
We will walk in my neighborhood on miles of safe sidewalks. Your dog's sleeping arrangement In bedroom with me or if they are crate trained, in their kennel. My desire would be to maintain their normal routine. We have a 3 bedroom, 2500 sq. ft. ranch style home. Time I'll spend with your dog 6 to 8 hours. I work full time outside of the home. Off on weekends. I have a great next door neighbor who loves animals who will check on your baby (let them out to go potty & provides treats) while I'm at work during the day. My neighbors looked out for my babies for the past 12 years. She works from home and she loves fur babies too.

We have 4 family pets, so petcare is already a huge part of our daily life. The pets eat before we do! We play with our Maggie in the backyard throwing tennis balls & her soccer ball.
