Kathy and Frank were wonderful! They provided a safe and loving environment for our Miniature Poodles, Bianca and Bentley while my husband and I were vacationing in Antigua. I received pictures and a video of B&B enjoying themselves;I particularly loved watching the video of them running and playing in their large backyard. Knowing our pups were well taken care of made it much easier to relax on vacation without worrying about them. Bianca and Bentley really liked Kathy and Frank and enjoyed their vacay as well. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up.
Kathy was FANTASTIC. We have a 9 year old rescue who is cautious with new people and very scared during thunderstorms. Kathy and her husband Frank took the time to make her comfortable and kept her calm during the storms. Kathy provided daily updates and pictures so we could see how well she was doing. We needed to come home a few hours early and they were incredibly accommodating and flexible. We came to pick up Ginger and I am not sure she wanted to leave! Ginger is like our child so we are always concerned about other people watching her..I could not be more happy with Kathy and I would be happy to have them watch her anytime we go away again! Kathy and Frank watched Yogi for 10 days while I was in Italy. This was the second time they took care of him. As we entered their home, Yogi immediately remembered them and was so excited to be back at their home. I felt completely comfortable and at ease leaving him there with them for 10 days. Yogi had a blast and I will definitely be bringing him back in the future!
Kathy and Frank are absolutely WONDERFUL!! As their only focus, Neo had a low stress, calm, relaxing time with lots of naps and backyard investigations. Getting photos and texts about Neo each day allowed us to focus during our activities and events of the week. We feel so grateful and lucky to have found them to care for our boy.
