I had to ask for an update for both walks and even then she responded late. She clearly didn't follow my instructions which specifically stated to pick her up the second she was out of the crate, but in one update (again, which I had to ask and then wait for) she said Chester had run through the apartment "because she was so excited" and in another she said that Chester had peed in the living room because she had set her down to open the door. I open the door with one hand all the time. She could have, too. I have no idea what she cleaned the floor with because none of my towels had been used in the brief, frantic search I did of my apartment when my dog was vomiting. I had to take my dog to the hospital when I got home from work because she was left in her crate with urine-soaked food after Kathy was late and, again, didn't bother to tell me until I asked for an update. She is acting frightened and lethargic. Also, I told her about my cats and that Chester was easily excited by them but didn't play nice because again, SHE IS A PUPPY, and yet the door to my room was left open, so the cats were able to come in. I will never trust Kathy with my dog and if this is the kind of service that is acceptable to Rover, I will certainly never use them again.
