Kathy Nunez has petsit our furry and feathered babies for us on a number of occasions. We have 5 chickens, 2 cats and a small dog. They immediately took to her and she them. All 8 animals had individual special requirements and she handled them expertly. At times, each animal had a specific medical or food routine and she was flexible enough in her schedule to accommodate their needs for us. We highly recommend her services and look forward to calling upon her again and again when we need our next weekend escape from our loving zoo!!

When Kathy moved away from our area the first thing I said to my wife is, "Who on Earth can watch PupFace now?" She's amazing and we will miss her for her, but she has also been an absolute blessing to us as a dog sitter. Our dog is ... difficult. He's been through all types of training and we are very regimented with him, but he still has his quirks and issues around other dogs (and living in an apartment building in DC, we are surrounded by other dogs). Because of this, he's fairly high-maintenance to look after so we don't feel comfortable asking friends or family to do so, and he's even been sent back by some sitters. She's never had a problem watching him and even does all the little oddities we ask when it comes to getting him in and out of our building without seeing other dogs or taking care of him at meal time. But what might impress me most is how respectful and thoughtful Kathy is. She sends us photo or video updates all the time when we're gone, but the thing I appreciate most is that when we come home it still feels like our home! It's clean and organized and everything was how we left it. Many times we'll return from a trip and with some house sitters I feel like as soon as I return I need to start a deep clean on our place. That's never the case with Kathy and I don't worry about our dog at all when we're away. She'll be greatly missed in DC.
