Hi, I am a certified dog trainer and sitter, dogs are my passion. I have 2 adorable dogs (had 3 but Swami my beagle passed away 01/21/23 17yrs old.)Bonnie, she is a lovely French bulldog, turns 6yrs old in 2023 she is as sweet as any Frenchie can be. Dozer our 2yr (3yrs in November 2023) is an American bully, he has a lot of energy but it’s the biggest sweetheart, he wants to play and sleep, like most pups. My boyfriend works from home Monday-Friday, so there is always someone around, but he will be working. On weekends/holidays we do normal activities too so keep that in mind. I am currently not working but I just had a baby (Sept 22, 2023) I will be home a lot. About this sitter: I am a certified dog trainer (we can offer a free assessment and some basics with your rover stay but proper dog training sessions are separate from rover) I expect a detailed instruction of what you expect from me, your dogs special needs and likes. We will be happy to take him or her for walks or runs, depending of what they are used to and like as well. We absolutely love all breeds (we have breed restrictions listed on the listing but will always give them a chance if the meet and greet goes well) and sizes, dogs are my passion and will have a lot of fun with them, they are marvelous creatures to us and we love to see all different types of personalities. We are very patient and will treat your dog or pet as our own. We are very responsible and have a great dedication for animals. Why we love dog sitting Since I was born, they are my passion, I feel dogs are like my kids. Meet my pets We are a dog lover family and we love to help out those who will need to leave their dogs behind, we like to think of it as the doggie gets a vacation too. I have 2 lovely dogs of our own, and when we leave out of town, I wish we could find people like us to look after them as well. We will pamper your dog, and will respect your ways if there are specific things you like to do or not do with them... My dogs usually sleep a lot, occasionally they get a boost of energy and play around the house and fenced yard. We have a couple crates, but we only use them for our dogs and if your dog is used to be crated, we crate ours when left alone, but its never more than 3hrs-6hrs at a time if even, but I encourage for you to bring their own crate/bed so they smell something that is theirs and feel more at home. If your dog is used to roaming free and is well potty trained we have no problem having them roam. We have video surveillance in the house and AC so we can keep an eye on them. My dogs sleep with us on the bed so we can accommodate you fur baby to whatever they are used to at home, we allow them on the bed but if you do something different at home we will respect that as well. We will respect your preferences for your dog, if he or she is used to just chill in the house, we will let them chill. Sometimes they are never alone... I am very flexible and willing to work around you. We offer pick up and drop off also for an extra fee.. but I am flexible and we can work it out... We will work with you if you do too. All my regulars love having me over to dog sit and also house sit when they are gone. For longer stays I prefer them to come to me. I am flexible but also we have lives, we will go out for dinners and we will do normal activities on holidays and weekends. So just know that we will take care of your dogs like they were our own. So yes, your dogs will be left alone if we go out.
