Pet care experience
About me: Hi! I'm an student from the University of Georgia studying Computer Science. However I'm back home for the summer (Alpharetta, GA) and am looking for a fun way to make something extra on the side! I absolutely adore dogs (especially my own old, stubborn Dachshund) and anyone who knows me can vouch for how much I care for my pup and animals in general! Availability: Weekdays - Anytime between 3 PM-11 PM ! Weekends- Anytime between 11 AM-11 PM ! Pet care experience: I personally work best with smaller dogs (Anything under about 25 LBS) because I'm most familar with their needs and also because bigger dogs can easily overpower me haha. Additionally, I have volunteered with both Athens-Clarke Animal Control and ATL Cat rescue! Thanks for reading! --

I would like to have a heads-up if they are reactive or aggressive. [EX. Same-sex aggression, high prey-drive, etc!] I'd also appreciate a heads up on any physical and mental health issues! (Doggy anxiety is a big one) It helps me devise a plan so that we can avoid those particular things enroute or lessen stress associated to x during the stay. :D I'm a bit of an overthinker when it comes to these things and the more information the better! Breed preferences: Any small breed is fine...but I LOVE DACHSHUNDS!! SO MUCH
A typical day
Greenway and various parks around Alpharetta! My dog LOVES to walk around greenway and smell every little thing so I'm sure yours will too! TONS OF PETTING if that's what they like and individualized attention. However I will avoid Dog Parks...while it's fun, it's much too risky without the owner around and dogs there can be a bit of a wildcard. I'm a bit of a worrywart !! NOTE: Unless I get permission from you, my dog will not be tagging along by default (to her dismay). Every interaction between the two will be supervised for safety's sake. --
