Pet care experience
All my life I have been around animals. Growing up on the farm, we always had dogs and various kinds. I believe that every dog deserves lots of love and attention. I am very active, so if your dog loves to go for runs or long walks, I am the one for your fur baby! I live close to the river valley pathways and several off leash areas... or if your dog is more laid back and loves to snuggle, no problem... we can hangout on the couch and watch Netflix. Just let me know what your dog likes and I will make sure your dog is very well taken care of with lots of love.. I will send you photos and regular updates. I previously used Rover to find sitters for my precious dog of 15 years, until just recently he passed away. My dog was my heart, he was everything to me, so I know first hand how important it is to find that special dog sitter to love and care for your dog while you are away.

Kathy is THE best! Pluto was with Kathy for a couple of days, again. She takes exceptional care of Pluto including caring for the small things. While away on vacation, we looked forward to seeing the photos every evening. Kathy genuinely cares for pets. Pluto came back happy 😊

A typical day
Depends on your fur baby…we have so many great options in my area: fun walks in the neighborhood, Gorgeous walks along the Bow River pathways, meeting new friends at the River Park off leash park or a fenced in off leash park, a beautiful hike in the mountains. You let me know, what your dog loves to do and I will make sure your fur baby has the best time ever! Also, playtime at home ( I have a toy box of toys for the dogs) And we can’t forget…snuggle time!!

Availability
I work full time: Monday - Friday 6:45am - 2pm. While I am at work, your fur baby would have the run of my place, if that’s okay with you! In the morning, when we wake up, we would head out for a long early morning walk and another short walk before I leave for work. After work, I would head straight home to be with your fur baby. Just a note: When a dog stays with me..I make it all about them! Lots of TLC, playtime and walks.. I want your fur baby to have the best vacation when it stays with me! ♥️
