Some pets do not do well when boarding at a Vets office. Pets do not like loud noises a disruption-in their daily routine. This is the best option for caring for your pets. By letting them stay at home in their familiar surroundings they eat sleep and feel less nervous. I have been pet sitting for 12 years now.I come to your home in a timely manner to feed, and let your pet outside. Your pets are safe .Cats are very nervous by nature and do very well staying at home. Let me be your pet sitter. I send daily pictures to you of your pets enjoying being at home. I give oral medicine and follow all your written feeding directions. Your pets will be happy.

Since this was the first time I used Rover.com or any local dog sitting service, I wasn't sure how my dog would react. Bill and Kathy put me and my dog Bandit at ease from the very beginning. After our "meet and greet" I felt very comfortable in leaving my Bandit for a week at their home. He had their dogs to play with and two cats. They were good about walking Bandit and I loved the fact that they sent me continuous text pictures and messages reassuring me that all was fine. I would certainly use Rover.com again in the future.
I have used Kathy to home-sit for my 2 dogs and 1 cat. She followed all my instructions for their feeding and care, sent emails providing times of her visits, how the pets ate and behaved. I was very pleased with her services and would use her again. Rates were reasonable.

I need to know if he has bit any one or shows any type of aggression I also, like to know a lot about your pets little "Quirks '" such as is he afraid of thunder storms? Will he go out side when it is raining? When does he expect a treat? Out the front or back door? Enjoys being brushed? Does his wet food need to be warmed? I do not have a breed preferences I enjoy all types of pets.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Walks will be taken daily across the street from where I live. The land has hills mountains ponds, streams, lakes, fields and woods. We walk for miles when we walk our two dogs. This walk will be considered for the larger dog who needs extra exercise . After all of our walks baths are given For smaller dogs a walk around the block with leash will be enjoyed. During summer early morning or early evening walks will be taken. All pets must be on flea and tick prevention for their safety. All needed vaccinations are required . Your dog's sleeping arrangement Dog will sleep in the extra bedroom on bed(plastic covering) or on floor blanket will be provided. Also have large wired crate. Depending on dog in bed with pet sitter. On deck if dog enjoys sleeping outside. Deck is raised up off of ground. Pet will be made comfortable. Also, down stairs basement may be provided if pet enjoys some very quiet alone time. Time I'll spend with your dog My husband or I would be with your pet 24hours until you return . Time I'll spend with your dog I have 30 minute visits, 1 hour visits or over night depending on what you think your pet needs. I play and go for walks when I am in your home every thing I do is for your pets happiness I am not going to leave your pet alone or scared. If your pet suddenly is acting ill vomiting , diarrhea or not eating his food I will notify you asap by phone. I will get your pet to his veterinarian as soon as possible. I also text pictures of your pet to you at each visit I make. Extra house-sitting services Yes, I always bring in your mail water your flowers keep your home neat turn your lights on at night off during the day light hours. I also can transport your pet to the vet or to the groomer. I am willing to bathe your pet but, I am not a groomer.
