Kathy is absolutely amazing! She kept our little toy poodle, Phoebe over Labor Day weekend and we are so happy to have found her to care for our baby! Kathy and her lil dog Minnie (who is a great assistant and hostess!) met with us before the weekend to make sure it was a good fit and to familiarize Phoebe (and us) with where she would be staying so drop-off day would go well and stress free. Kathy is so nice, professional, very thorough, great with dogs ...and wants to make sure all visitors have a great experience in her care! She has a beautiful home and yard/greenbelt area for guests! Our lil Phoebe is still young and had only been boarded one other time at an actual boarding facility...which proved to be very stressful for her. After meeting Kathy, we knew Phoebe would have a blast while we were away! Kathy kept in touch letting us know how she was doing and sent great pictures each day that showed Phoebe calmly settled in as well as fetching, playing and resting well after her walks! Kathy is also great at training and reinforcing good behavior and commands. Phoebe is a ball of energy, and while we have been working hard training her, she came home calmer and better behaved and listening to us more than ever!! We feel so blessed to know that Phoebe has a great loving and structured 'home away from home' when we are away! We will be using Kathy every time possible in the future, praying she has an opening!!
