Hi I am Kat! I love dog and cat sitting, it brings me so much joy to meet new animals and spend time with them. I have taken care of every size and age dog since my teens for neighbors, friends, family, and clients. I am available to provide pet sitting, drop in visits, and walks in your own home. Happy to take your friends out for a hike, to the park, or for snuggles. I have a corgi mix named Sophie, she is our older lass and enjoys getting to meet new friends but it is getting old so mostly naps; and a 4 year old dog Ray Charles that loves to play, explore, and swim. During the day I and my spouse works remotely from home and two friendly dogs to keep your pup entertained. If needed I am comfortable crating, grooming, or giving medicine.

Kathryn was great, she volunteered to meet Leia ahead of time to get familiar with her and to answer any questions I had. She was receptive to my suggestions about feeding and walking Leia. She was great with sending updates and pictures. I will definitely use Kathryn again!
Kathryn was wonderful! She watched my senior dog over two days/one night and took excellent care of her. She took her on some gentle hikes and took tons of pictures and kept me updated. She went to great lengths to make sure my dog was comfortable in her home. I felt at ease knowing my girl was in such good hands.
Harrison has so much fun with you and your dogs! Thank you for making him feel like a part of the pack.
Harrison had a blast with Kathryn’s dogs, Ray and Sofia. Lots of space to get their puppy yah yahs out. Kathryn is lovely and clearly loves animals.

Let me know what’s your pet like, house-trained, friendly, anxious, lazy? Please let me know if they have had a past history of aggression or negative interactions with other animals or people. I want to make sure I keep your pets safe, and everyone we may meet. Do they need any medications? Have any allergies? Anything that makes them anxious or uncomfortable? And if so what kinds of things can I do to help them?
A typical day
I enjoy a mixture of taking dogs on adventures for exercise, - on walks and runs, on hikes, and around town - and relaxing at home with snuggles on the couch. All of this based on their abilities and temperament, and your comfort. For cats, I love to share treats, cat nip, and play with thier toys. Or sit quietly and share space with one another depending on their level of curiosity/human engagement.

Availability
Providing pet care is something I have done in my free time for over a decade now. I currently work from home Monday - Thursday, during those days I am available for drop-ins and walks midday or after work hours or overnights in homes with good wifi where I can help with your pet and complete work calls as needed. Friday - Sunday I am fairly flexible and available to create an arrangement that works well for all involved.
