Kathryn was the worst experience on Rover so far. She watched my dog for 9 days. She neglected to tell me she would be moving across town during the time she was watching my dog. Not one update or picture to let me know how my dog was doing. Then to top it all off she stole my dogs leash, bowl, doggy shirt, poop bags and his food bag. She claimed to have left it at her new house across town. She told me she’d drop it off to me, and nothing. I have attempted to get my dogs stuff back with no response from Kathryn. My dog had severe diarrhea for days after I picked him up. Not a good experience. Beware.

I'm so grateful for the last-minute adjustment from daycare to boarding. It was my first time boarding, and I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her for the weekend. I will definitely have her take care of my dog again someday.
