I’ve taken care of my own dogs with high energy, anxiety, and medical issues. I love using relaxation techniques with nervous dogs and understand doggie language well! My favorite part when meeting a new dog is understanding their personality and how they like to be treated in a pack. I understand that dogs are truly a family member. No matter how much we love them though, sometimes they just need to ‘be a dog’ and get their energy out! I enjoy walks, romps, and using up a dog’s mental energy by challenging their concentration. Dogs love having a job! Walking with a purpose uses not only physical energy but mental energy too. When caring for other dogs, I naturally challenge their behavior. You might find your dog becoming a well-trained leash walker soon! There’s no better sound then hearing that content tired sigh from a dog at the end of the day.
