Pet care experience
I am a recent grad from Florida State with a B.S. in psychology and am currently taking a year off from pursuing a higher level of education. Inherently, I grew up loving dogs, and the bulk of my experience draws from a collection of visits to my extended family, who have always cared for larger dog breeds. For the past year, I have spent time and money helping a friend rescue and temporarily foster shelter dogs until we find owners to adopt them. Two of those dogs were pit bull mixes, which made me absolutely fall in love with the breed. Babysitting your dog(s) would not only be a great opportunity to help me save money for graduate school but to have fun doing so.

Kathryn has taken care of dogs and cats over the years and I couldn't be more pleased. She sent pictures and kept me updated daily. She would take the dogs out multiple times a day and follow by all their routines. She is very polite and listens well to instruction. She has experience with medicating pets with antibiotics, flea and tick prevention, as well as heartworm protection. She is a very responsible and trustworthy person.

I have experience with sassy and sweet pit bull pups to pure breed German shepherds and Siberian huskies with demanding personalities; however, my heart extends to all dogs shapes' and sizes'. The attitudes and daily habits of your dog would be useful to keep them comfortable with a stranger, but I hope not to remain a stranger for long!
A typical day
One the things I love about Pensacola is the volume of space suitable for dog walkers, like Bayview Park, the dog park (if the owner approves), and even UWF's campus. More often than not, walks will take place in the neighborhood I reside in. There is a 1.5 mile circuit dedicated to families and pet owners alike, and the landscape is very safe and quiet. I am a weightlifter and runner, so I have the energy and endurance for long walks twice a day, preferably early morning and late evening to opt for cooler weather, and all the playtime your dog(s) desire. My time will be devoted to keeping your dog company.
