Throughout my life I have had many pets 🐩🐈🐹(guinea pigs)🐍🐦🐢🐰. I have experience providing overnight care for pets when their owners are out of town. Administering oral medication. Potty training and some obedience training. I am also a volunteer dog walker at the Albuquerque Westside Animal Shelter from January 2019 to present My duties includes Dog walking/runner. Removing and returning dogs from kennels to wolf runs. Includes cleaning up after dogs. Some grooming. Sanitizing grooming implements and leads. I participate in the Shy dog program where I learned more about reading body language and giving a calming environment for dogs to open up to other dogs and people. This includes participating in group walks and play groups. From August 2010 to February 2011 I worked as a bather/cashier at Petsmart. My duties included washing, drying, brushing and nail trimming. Removing and returning dogs from kennels. Cleaning up after dogs. Sanitizing grooming implements, kennels and bathing area.
