Kathryn was absolutely amazing. She was so good with our pups and she constantly kept us informed while we were away. Due to the fireworks that were going off this weekend due to 4th of July, our German Shepard dug up our carpet trying to get out. She ended up getting some cuts in between the pads on her paws and Kathryn could not have done a better job at reacting to the situation. She called us immediately to inform us of what happened and proceeded to take her to the vet to make sure she was ok. Thinking that Kathryn had already gone above and beyond for our girl, we came home and realized that Kathryn had even done more. She fixed the carpet as best as possible and had even vacuumed, which was not expected. This girl is amazing and completely trust our puppies in her hands! I've known Kate for a number of years and she has always been a very reliable and responsible person. She has pet sat my two cats and dog for up to a week at a time and I always feel confident that she has followed my exact directions. Whenever possible she always goes above and beyond expectations. I have recommended her to multiple of my colleagues for when they go on business trips or vacation and have only received good news from them. She is able to handle anything you throw at her and is always ready to serve. Always being cordial with my assistant, associates and their pets has always been a big plus. I would rate her 5 out of 5 golden stars.
