Pet care experience
My name is Kayte, and I'm a NICU nurse at a hospital in Boston. I've been a dog lover ever since I can remember, and I'm counting down the days until I'm ready to adopt a fur-baby of my own. Until then, Rover provides the perfect opportunity for me to get my puppy fix, given that my family dog sadly passed away last year. Other than caring for family dogs, I have volunteered in Thailand for a month learning and giving basic veterinary care to a variety of stray and farm animals and have experience in training puppies. I don’t have a yard, but I live directly on a beach with plenty of room for the zoomies. I promise I will give your furry family member the same amount of love, care, and attention I would give my own pup.

A typical day
I’d love to take your dog to the beach, where they have unlimited room to romp around and play their favorite games. I also have access to a dog park and trails on Deer Island which are great spots to walk. When at home, I’d be sure to give lots of cuddles and make sure they know they’re loved with treats and favorite toys.

Availability
I work three 12 hour days a week on a rotating schedule, so my availability varies but my days off are always flexible, and I usually have lots of time when I’m not working.
