I have several references you can call for information on the experience I have with pet sitting. I make sure to follow owners’ instructions very closely and keep a log of my activities in your home for you to review upon return. I do my best to spend a lot of quality time with the pets I am watching to ensure they are not lonely or bored. I visit as frequently as I can, especially on weekends, to make sure they don’t need to go potty for too long. I want your pet to be comfortable and calm while you are away. As a dog walker, I stick to any instructions you give me regarding your dog’s abilities. I will never push your dog beyond their limits. I have a lot of experience with elderly dogs in particular and understand that they may not be able to go on super long walks. I also have experience with younger dogs and am able to keep pace with an excited young large dog. I prefer to walk dogs with a harness because I do not like to have a dog pulling on their neck as this can cause long-term damage. If your dog pulls, please let me know and I may suggest a harness so your dog can have the most comfortable and healthy walk possible! I take animal safety very seriously and pay close attention to the weather forecasts. If I think it is too hot to walk a dog, I will not walk that dog. I make sure to bring water for dogs and for myself on long walks.
