Pet care experience
I am a part time healthcare worker and part time hobby-farmer; our family has a small hobby farm in Chatham County. We love our animals and are very natural minded, feeding them high quality food and paying close attention to their health and well being. I have cared for my own as well as others' animals for over 8 years, and am passionate about helping out my Chatham county neighbors with their pets! Having animals is a wonderful blessing in life, but it's difficult to balance with a busy schedule or out of town plans. Thankfully you can have the best of both worlds with the help of an animal care-taker in your community!

Great sitter, vary caring
Kathryn kept both my boys Cable and Summer for the weekend of Jul 31st and they LOVED her! She is very gentle, and so is her dog when they met my boys. She is very good on keeping me updated on their status by sending me pictures of them, and they loved to cuddle with her. When the boys were returned to me, they were in tip top shape, not a single scratch on them and they were very happy. I will definitely book her again!

I ensure animals have clean water and fresh food, paying close attention to the specifications of my clients and their pets needs. When walking I make sure leashes are secured, and the road is not too hot. I observe dogs to make sure they aren't smelling or licking anything they shouldn't be, and I make sure waste is disposed of properly.

I need to know your pets health conditions, how much to feed them, what to keep them away from, and what their routine is. Do you have a fence and they enjoy playing fetch? Is there a specific area they usually have a bowel movement? The more information you give me, the better I can care for your pet.
A typical day
Every dog is different, let me know what your dog enjoys and is allowed to do! Some dogs like fetch more than others, some dogs like tug of war, and many dogs will run off if let off leash without a fence! I will take extra precautions and only do what your dog can safely do. My goal is for your pet to have a good time and also stay safe!
