Dogs aren't just my job but my biggest passion. I love to spend as much time as I can with dogs outside and when not pet sitting can often be found hiking and competing with my own dogs. My pet sitting clients become a part of my extended family and I treat them as such. My pet care philosophy is a strong belief in personalized attention, I want your dog to have the best time they can and will do whatever they need so that they are stress free and happy while you're away! I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to cater to your dog's individual schedule. I provide a minimum of daily updates and am always transparent about your pet's stay, I never want you to worry while I am caring for them! In over a decade in the pet industry I have been lucky enough to gain experience with a wide variety of pets. While most of my recent experience is in dog training through my position as Training Coordinator at REkALIBRATED k9 I have years of additional experience working in the veterinary field, boarding and day care, as a horse groom, as well as volunteering and fostering with local shelters. I am fully prepared to take care of whatever animals you own and all of their special needs! For dog walking and drop in clients I visit for at least an hour which includes a potty break, walk, cuddles and playtime. Longer walk times are always available and if there is poor weather I am happy to walk in the rain or provide indoor playtime. Any in-home visit may includes additional services like plant care and mail retrieval at owner's request. Meet and greets are always required before booking so that you and your furry friend are completely satisfied with the care I offer. This also give you a chance to fill me in on all of your pets personal care. I want you and your pet to feel safe and comfortable before you hire me!
