Pet care experience
37 y/o Mom of 2 humans, 2 lifetime family member senior dogs (one of which we just recently had to say goodbye to after 13 wonderful years) and 2 bearded dragons. I have been taking care of them all for 18+ years and in addition, always had dogs growing up and did dog sitting for family friends as a teenager. Also experienced with cats, post surgical care (2 ACL repairs on our Pitbull), grumpy/temperamental pack breeds and happy to work with any kind of animal and any breed of dog. I can also work on good leash walking and behaviors as well as I've fully trained both of our dogs.

So much to say in such a little box. Katie not only treated our home with the utmost respect, but our dogs too. Constant communication, which was very comforting to know our pups and home was in such good hands. Katie treated our dogs as if they were her own. We highly recommend to watch your home and four legged friends. An absolutely wonderful person on top of it all. Fantastic experience!!!
Oh wow where do i start? I am blessed to call Katie my friend. She is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet with a heart of gold and a soul to match. She is a person that just embodies goodness and as far as animals, she has a soft spot for sure! Her pets are her babies and part of her family and she goes above and beyond to keep them happy and safe! I would say i don't know a more dependable person. Always there for everyone and always with a smile on her face! For anyone looking for someone to take care of your pets I have no doubt that once you and your pets meet Katie you will love her just as much as I do!
Hi everybody! I would like say how loving and caring Kathleen is a whole. I have become close friends with her over the last couple years, and I can tell you that she has such a warm heart and honestly would take in all the animals in her home if she could. She grew up with having family pets. She and her husband currently own one dog and two bearded dragons, which she loves unconditionally. Her home is clean and kept, it’s out in the country side so there is plenty of land for your fur babies to run, but also relax. I also own two dogs and she always joins in to walk and hike with us. She would be a great person to care for/walk your loved ones!
Kathleen and I have known each other for almost 25 years. We have raised our children and fur babies together throughout the years and there is no one I would trust more than her to be a second mother to any of my babies (fur or not). She will treat your loving pet as if it was her own. I would recommend Katie if you want the best for your family member!!!

I'm happy to come and spend time with your pet in the comfort of their home in whatever manner/frequency you prefer (to bring out for potty breaks, taking walks, spending time/giving love and attention, taking for rides, etc.).

I am absolutely happy to accommodate whatever your pet may need and am not afriad of figuring out how to interact with an animal that might have a bit of an attitude. I'd like to have an idea of temperament and understand any physical or dietary limitations prior to interacting so that I can prepare and act according to your animals needs.
A typical day
I love any form of exercise with dogs but am also happy to just give food, good scratches and pats for those who aren't up for it. There are a ton of great trails in our area that I have visited often with my own dog when he was younger and able to that'd I'd love to explore with new dogs. Staying put at home and playing outside is, of course, fine as well. Whatever the need may be, I am happy to accommodate.

Availability
I am 100% work from home with the ability to take my laptop with me when needed. My work schedule is also very flexible. My oldest daughter is off to college and my teenage son is responsible and self sufficient. All that said, I'm at a stage in life where I do have quite a bit of flexibility with my time and would love to be able to spend time with animals while adding some supplement income.
