Pet care experience
I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats. In our home we adopted a senior dog 4 years ago and it's been the best experience, she is easy going, sweet and protective of the family. I watch my neighbors and family's cats and dogs. My son & I volunteered to feed goats in New City last year which was a fun experience. I am very comfortable with animals and enjoy being outside.

I always have my dog on a leash unless in my back yard-which is fenced in. I make sure the dog is protected from harms way. Personally for my dog, she does not do well with other dogs so I always make sure of my surroundings. The dog that I walk weekly is very nervous and does not like to walk around people, so if someone is walking near by, I try and walk a different path and keep the dog close to me.

Food preference is important-any change in diet can cause problems. How the dog likes to be approached. Energy level of the dog-if they prefer, walking or running. General health of the dog.
A typical day
I try and take the dogs I walk on different paths so they have time to explore a bit. I also will pick up the pace if they seem like they want to run.

I work full time but I am available for an early morning visit, afternoon walk or evening walk as well as during the weekends. Thank you.
