I will be your dogs new best friend! I have been pet sitting for 11 years, and surrounded by animals my entire life. I have experience with all different types of dogs - pure breed, mutts, shelter dogs, special needs, elderly, puppies, shy, aggressive and more. Every dog is special even with their quirks. Just like us humans. I will treat your dogs the way I would want someone to treat mine. I am the typical girl who speaks to dogs all day with a high pitched baby voice. I am professional and a good communicator. You will receive written updates and photos of your dogs daily. About My Home: I have a beautiful home on 9 acres of woods on a private dirt road. It is truly doggy heaven here. 1 acre is fully fenced in and 8 is free to roam. There are also many private hiking trails in the area. My home is clean and dog friendly. Your dogs are free to have use of the whole house and can sleep on the couches. Your dogs will have my full attention. I can guarantee they will have more fun here than anywhere else!

I felt immediately comfortable leaving our Dog Maggie with Kathleen. She has a fenced in yard where Maggie got to run and play with other dogs. I received a few updates with photos during her short day care stay that also helped to ease our minds. When we picked Maggie up, she was very happy and comfortable in her surroundings. I have already rebooked Kathleen for another day care session so naturally I would highly recommend Kathleen.

Bruno had a wonderful time at Kathleen's beautiful place! The fully-fenced in green space for the dogs was so peaceful I wanted to stay myself. Kathleen has a calming manner which the dogs respond well too. I am contemplating more trips to the Berkshires now that I know Bruno has a safe place where he will be happy and well taken care of while I spend time at Jacob's Pillow or museums. Thank you!
Kathleen is a great dog sitter. We boarded our Luna with her over the weekend and she kept us updated on her with pictures and videos. She was quick to reply and very sweet. I highly recommend Kathleen ❤️

1. Your pets must have flea and tick protection. 2: Your pets must be 100% potty trained. If your dog tends to mark their territory inside new homes - please do not board them in my home. My home is clean and I like to keep it that way for humans and all dogs coming and going.
A typical day
I love taking dogs into the woods for a nice long hike. Hikes range from 30 minutes to 4 hours. I also love a leashed walk around the neighborhood. I have really great spots. Everything from waterfall hikes, to going up a whole mountain. A little bit of everything! If your dog is not so adventurous, we can stick around happily at home.
