Pet care experience
I am a professional with a love for animals. Your dog will be safe and happy in my care. I foster dogs through DC City Dogs and also Animal Welfare League of Arlington (AWLA) and have had dogs all my life, I had a black lab Tullia for 16 years and adopted her from AWLA. My experience with pets include bathing, feeding, giving medicine, playing and walking, I have a safe home with a large fenced in yard. I live in a great walking neighborhood and would like to share it with your dog. If you are looking for someone responsible and will love and take care of your pet, please contact me. Kathleen was wonderful. She went to great lengths to accommodate our unusual pickup/dropoff request, she communicated perfectly including pictures while we were away, and everything went perfectly with our dog's stay!
Kathleen is amazing!! Maverick had such a wonderful time in her beautiful house and yard.
Kathleen was wonderful with our little terrier-poodle mixed breed dog. Photos of Frodo showed him playing in her fenced in backyard, eating well, and getting along with another dog. We would highly recommend her.

I would like to know if your dog has shown any aggression towards food, other dogs or children. Does your pet take any medications or have any allergies? Is your pet OK if I run to the grocery store with out being crated?
A typical day
A typical day would include going out first thing in the AM and then eating breakfast. After eating playing in the back yard and them possibly a nap after that. An afternoon walk then dinner, play and bed.

I am currently working remote 3 days a week and I work 10 minutes from my house so I come home every day at lunch time for a potty and play break.
