It really bums me out to have to write this. I hired Kat over Memorial day for 3 nights. I had received quite a few notifications from my outside motion detector so on my way to the airport I looked in hoping to see my 3 tiny critters playing with her in my backyard. To my dismay I saw my 2k dollar declawed house cat locked out meowing at 1230am, 1am, 330 am, 540am, 830am. My home is small, and with master closed, it makes up about 1k sq feet. Its mind blowing that she did not hear the cat meowing all night. In addition, when I called, she said she was uncertain of where the cat was and better go back to my house to find her. I live in Malibu Canyon, and i told her my pomeranians would be easily targeted by birds of prey and coyotes so never let them outside alone. The entire weekend, my puppy and 3 year old pom were left unattended, and there was never a toy thrown in the backyard once. I also saw she was getting pizza delivered but avoiding the front door because of barking puppy. In my opinion, her only job, besides safety, was to calm the nervous pups by playing with them and holding them. When I got home they were terrible. As if they were left to pee and bark anywhere they pleased all weekend. Im done ranting. Will never use Rover again. I should be reimbursed at least half of the outrageous money i spent.

Kat was so kind and honest with us! Really great communicator and would love to use her again! also she was very clean and respectful with our home :) Bella loved it!
