I've never met a dog I didn't get along with! My name is Kathy. I love to run and go for long walks, so if you have an energetic dog, I am happy to take him or her out for lots of exercise! Doggies will also get lots of cuddles! I also enjoy a good game of fetch and practicing training. I have been dog sitting for several years and just love having fur babies around. I'm very flexible as far as your preferences for how to best care for your dog, so please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, such as doggies that are fussy about taking pills, shouldn't be around other dogs, special needs, etc. Also, I will only be walking your dog/dogs, not with other clients' dogs, unless of course the doggies are very social and both parties would prefer it! I would prefer to do a meet and greet first so your pet is comfortable when I see him or her later, but for some walks/stays it may not be necessary. Before I sit a dog, I would like to know if they have chewing issues/destructive tendencies, anxiety issues when left alone for a short time, allergies, special fears, if they are not housebroken, if they need to work on any training, etc. I would also like to know their typical schedule/rules so that I can stick to that while I am caring for them. I will also always send you pictures of your dog while I am dog sitting in your home so you miss them a little less. Thanks for considering me! Hope to meet you and your dog soon! My schedule is very flexible, so I am happy to go along with whatever routine your dog is currently used to. I typically take dogs out for their longer exercise in the morning or evening, with the rest being shorter potty breaks (especially during the summer when it's hot out), but I'm happy to exercise them however you'd prefer. Mealtimes, medicine, play time etc. can also be flexible. I always keep the dogs I am caring for away from other animals, because you never know, even the nicest two dogs could dislike each other. If I am letting a dog out in a fenced yard, I check gates beforehand and go outside with them to keep an eye on them.
