I just used Rover for the very first time. It was a last minute request as I needed a sitter for my two dogs the next day. Kathleen replied right away and stopped over to meet the dogs that same evening. My dogs are big and can be intimidating but not to Kathleen. She was very comfortable and friendly to them and I quickly realized that she wouldn't have any problems with them. She's very responsible and made sure to ask all the right questions before I left. I will have no hesitation to use Kathleen again. Easiest 5 stars I ever gave!

Kathleen literally saved us! We originally booked 4 days but then we were snowed in for an additional 2 almost 3 days and weren't able to get back. She extended her stay with our fur babies that loved her! Would love to hire again.
